The Formula
To understand your unique biology and craft the perfect program for you, we use a single metric:
- Biological age: Through some really simple tests we’ll calculate your current biological age. We then target areas of weakness to reduce your biological age and then ensure you continue ageing at a much slower rate.
We will continuously adjust this number during your 4 week program. Because when your body changes, the inputs to the formula change as well, so we continuously update your program so you get the best results.
