Simon's Story
Simon was already very fit upon joining the program having completed several bootcamps run by the Navy Seals but was looking for that extra edge. We tightened up his form on a lot of movements but realised it was his diet which was really letting him down.
We put him on our 6 week nutrition program and you can see the results in his test scores above.
We were very happy that, despite Simon’s amazing starting point, we could still knock a few years off his physical age. Obviously, as you get closer to optimal, it gets harder and harder to drop years following our algorithm, and Simon is a testament to that. To drop 3 years when he was already doing so well is a great achievement.
